1. The short version
Sudoku Sova has no account, no login, and no server of ours. Every puzzle, statistic and setting lives on your device, and deleting the app deletes all of it. Two Google services do reach out — one to show ads, one to count which parts of the app get used — and both are described below.
2. What stays on your device
- Your saved game, statistics, daily-challenge history and settings.
- Your purchase status ("Remove ads"), restored from Apple or Google when you reinstall.
We never upload any of it and hold no copy.
3. Usage measurement
Sudoku Sova counts which parts of the app get used, through Google Analytics for Firebase: screens opened, hints asked for, how far the three-step hint was taken, practice drills started and finished, puzzles completed or abandoned, and which settings are changed. This is how we learn whether the coaching people came for is being used.
There are no names, no account, and nothing from your board in any of it. Google receives an app instance identifier, your IP address and device type in order to record these counts. You can switch it off at any time in Settings → Share anonymous usage. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom nothing is collected until you have answered the consent screen.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads between games, supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, Google receives your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and OS type, language, and whether you interacted with an ad. We do not receive that data, and we ask Google not to use it for cross-app tracking.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are shown a consent screen before any ad loads, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. Buying "Remove ads" ends advertising entirely.
5. What we never collect
- No email address, name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or microphone access.
- Nothing from your board: the puzzles you play, the digits you write and the notes you keep are never sent anywhere.
- No crash reporting and no advertising profile of our own.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
6. In-app purchases
Sudoku Sova offers one optional purchase, "Remove ads". Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; Sova Game Studio never sees your payment card or billing information and only learns whether the purchase succeeded.
7. Children's privacy
The game is suitable for all ages and requires no account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and ads are requested as non-personalized where required for younger audiences.
8. Playing offline
Sudoku Sova plays with no connection at all: puzzles ship inside the app and new ones are generated on your device.
9. Your rights
We hold no personal data of yours, so there is nothing for us to export or erase. Switching off usage sharing stops the counts. For anything Google holds, use the consent screen in the app or Google's own controls.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
